Dear Valued Customer, In 1989, I opened up the first Caffe Demetre at 400 Danforth Avenue in Toronto. Since then we have opened up many other locations with the dedication and commitment of many franchise proprietors. Our success is dependant on you, our customer, and we sincerely thank you for it. Just as I personally handled customer's concerns in my first location, I want to address any concerns you may have today. After all you are still my customer.
